For a dry workout, it's a complete failure
I was waiting for normal inert/training cartridges โ and this is some There is almost no weight, the red tip looks like lipstick, peels off the fingers. No one enters the store without fitting, extraction is done every other time

Worked good for me!
These snap caps worked well in my AK. The dimensions are nearly perfect and I had no trouble with them feeding or ejecting. Practicing loading and clearing jambs with these is much safer than using live ammo. The rubber for the firing pins seem to be holding up OK so far. Ten rounds for about $17 is a good value too!

Quality 9mm snap cap dummy rounds for firearm practice.
These WAKAZO training snap cap dummy rounds in 9mm are great for training for many scenarios. The rounds are made equal in size, weight, and shape of standard 9mm rounds. The foam primer replacement prevent damaging the firing pin when practicing dry firing. The nose of the rounds are made of good quality hard plastic to prevent marring of the ramp or barrel and i have had no issues with cycling and the ejecting of the rounds. These snap cap dummy rounds are great when sporadically loaded into a magazine with live rounds to practice reloading after misfires. Overall these snap cap dummy rounds are very well made with quality materials, easy to use for practice, teaching safety, and firearm preparedness. Great value for the quantity in the pack of snap caps.

Probably not a good buy for 7.62x39mm
I take firearm safety and reliability seriously, and anyone who owns a firearm should be practicing regularly. Range time is important, but it is only part of responsible ownership. After cleaning a firearm, you need to be certain it will cycle properly, and that means running dummy rounds through it. That is why I picked up these dummy rounds, but my experience with them was mixed. These particular rounds are unusual compared to other dummy rounds I have used. For 7.62x39mm specifically, part of what would normally be the neck of the casing is 3D printed. Most traditional dummy rounds only use a 3D printed bullet while keeping the casing shape intact. Because of this design difference, these did not behave the same way in my firearm. They did not feed or cycle as smoothly as other dummy rounds I have used in the past. Despite that, the weight seemed all right, and the size was accurate, so the sizing has no issues at all. The issue is the impairment of the dry firing function. During dry fire practice and when running them through the action, they occasionally hung up or failed to move through the firearm the way they should. This defeats the purpose of using dummy rounds, since the whole point is to simulate real cycling as closely as possible without using live ammunition. To be clear, the rounds are not unsafe, and they do function to an extent. They just do not operate as reliably as other dummy rounds with a more traditional construction. For someone practicing with 7.62x39mm, I would not recommend these based on my experience. They may work better in other calibers, but for this one, the design choice affects performance enough that I would look elsewhere. At this price, you can find others which will give you better value for money.

Great quality, definitely pick them up if you're serious
If you are a firearm owner, you should be doing certain types of training. I'm a retired law enforcement officer and a retired instructor, and it's always amazed me that civilians will buy a firearm and then will rarely train with it again. That, or they'll only train on a flat range, or they'll train on accuracy. But from personal experience, accuracy doesn't matter a whole lot with a pistol in real self-defense. You're in the same range as talking to someone in a living room, if that. The more important things are: how quickly can you get rounds off, how safely can you get rounds off, and what are you going to do when one of your rounds goes click instead of boom? You can train on the range for 10 years, but in a panic, you may still wind up limp wristing your shot, at which Point Your gun jams and goes click instead of boom. So what do you do? If you're on this list, you already know. I hope you'll take what I just said and spread it to others. What you do is insert one of these in every mag when you go to The range, esecially if it's an outdoor range, so that when Your gun goes click instead of boom you build U The habit of sm The but to make sure The mag is seated and then racking The slide hard to eject The bad round There are more bad rounds out there than people think Comm I've caught a bad round during a live fire engagement. Thankfully, I'd trained with caps like this for years as an officer and wasn't stopped by it. The quality of these caps is better than what we used to use at The Academy; they're CNC-milled and very solid. It used to be kind of a cheat at the academy that the snap rounds we had were lighter than bullets, so you could tell after a while which magazines had been fiddled with. These are the same weight and size as a 9 mm round. It's great, I went through 10 magazines on a shoot and move range using these. I couldn't tell which magazines were which period. It's also lovely, with the bright red and bright aluminum-colored machining, because when you go back over your steps, you can find them very easily and pack them back into your bag.

Poor Durability and Fit Issues
I used these, and they wore down quickly, with an inconsistent fit that caused feeding problems, and were not reliable for training.
