The perfect ankle weight to add to a Pilates workout. The quality is amazing and very comparable to higher end brands but for a much better price. I have no trouble with the Velcro loosening or moving throughout my workout and the size adjustments are very simple. Love these weights!

Love walking with these. Just like higher priced competitors, but affordable.

I like that these aren't the big bulky sand type of ones if you know what I mean. It feels like they are filled with sand and they can get uncomfortable. These are no different. They're just smaller and more compact. It's nice that you can move the little weights around, but they kind of dig into your Achilles and the bottom of your shoe when you're walking. But they are not comfortable to wear in my opinion

Velcro is very strong and overall they’re pretty comfortable. Haven’t had any issues with them, though I’m not doing extreme exercises with them. Perfect for adding to simple weight lifting exercises.
