An excellent CPU cooler
I had to buy a new cooler because my Coolermaster ML120L died after only three months. Eventually settled on this one during Black Friday.Even with my AMD board, fitting it was a real pain as you need to install a new back plate, I had to watch a video on YouTube to do this because I just couldn't follow the instructions.Once the pump was fitted to the CPU I then had to wrangle the tubes around to get it to fit, it's not brilly for small cases but it does fit. I've got a new case coming now though so hopefully next time I won't have as much trouble. Got to say fitting the coolermaster was a breeze this wasn't.Once it's fitted though WOW! It looks great and it really pushes temps down. Idle sits at about 28 degrees and while gaming it stayed around 42-45, the airflow in my case is poor as well so this is excellent. It's also almost silent (I didn't connect the supplied fan because I already had some fans in my case)There's a usb connection in this to connect it to the cam software to monitor and change lighting etc... My mobo picked it up straight away and the software is pretty good. The lighting options are really good and the infinity mirror looks class.Overall this is a brilliant cooler, can recommend.

Need to Know - Amazing Product
The cooler itself is simple to install and a lot less "fiddly" than other cooler designs.I've installed this on an overclocked (4.9ghz) i5-10600k and it's idling at 20*c in a large well ventilated and cool room.Under 100% load using passmark for 1 hour max temps hit 55*c and stabilized.Temperature response seems almost immediate and within roughly two minutes returned to it's idle state after stress test.Teething Problems -On initial installation the product made a buzzing sound in the pump controller when above 60*c (100% load) , after configuring bios to DC power on fan/cooler controller the buzzing seemed to stop.SPRING SCREWS - The spring screws when tightened gently to a resting point where I would have to apply moderate pressure to tighten them resulted in too much contact on the cooler resulting in poor/no cooling impact. Initially I thought I bought a faulty cooler.I released some of the pressure equally on the four spring screws allowing the cooler less pressure on the CPU and the temperatures shot down to 20*c idle and 55*c stress tested.TL;DR- Product is fantastic and works great on an overclocked i5-10600k- Don't overtighten the spring screws connecting the Cooler to the CPU.-Buzzing if pump controller hits 100% power use (Can be configured in bios and fan controllers. Advise setting custom pump profile)Thanks for reading my honest review, hope this influences some of your purchases and solves some problems for any users!

It works great now but...edited
It now works efficiently, but I had to change the way its fan operated, so it pushed the air over the rad and out, not pull the air through. My cpu overheated with the latter setup. And I added some extra thermal paste which may have helped.I love the graphics coming from the pump head, lots of different designs and colours you can custom setup. The cpu holder was easy to yake off, but the NZXT holder was difficult to install (my case aperture was no wide enough so had to hold plate in place whilst threading bolts through by touch, but once in and attached it holds the pump securely. The rad and fan stand proud of the case inside and because my two side fan apertures are close to the end it was really fiddly to get both 120mm in place and it needed two to inject enough cool air to allow the rad fan to cool the rad. in the end I had to use a 100mm fan instead though the side panel is not fully on at the top because of the tight fit.Thats just a case design gremlin so not their fault, just bear that in mind.EDIT: Not sure why but without changing anything am now getting temp warnings again and it's not that hot in the room. I was hoping this had solved my problems but I think I need to research other makers as this is crazy might even go back to an air rads now.EDIT#2. So feel a bit stupid but stupid me had applied too much CPU heat paste. I cleaned all of it off and reapplied a small amount, just a 5mm blob, tighten the bolts by hand not using a srewdriver just enough to hold it firm. Major change of case leater and fan is now mounted in roof of case.Result, no overheating problems and even in the summer too.I have changed score to 4 stars as the Logo is not changeable, its upside down due to I/O tubing being too close to RAM cards so had to route it opposite side round.

Decent when it works but 2 failed within 6 months, and better alternatives for not much more money
It's only 120mm so doesn't offer the best cooling for CPUs, but looks very nice and will do the job on any mid-range processor. CAM software is vastly improved since all of the earlier reviews, much simpler and works fine. Installation pretty straight forward, but note you will need a spare USB 2.0 header on your motherboard for it. Also note that you will not be able monitor fan speed or liquid temperatures or set fan curves in CAM for this model, it is only RGB lighting. Configuration of the rest is done in the BIOS, which is a bit of a hassle. The major downside is that I've had 2 of these in my family (brother and girlfriend) and both failed within 6 months. The pump (bit that pushes the water between the CPU mounting plate and the radiator) died, meaning there was no thermal dissipation at all and the processor would hit 100 degrees before shutting itself down. So on that basis, I can't recommend it at all.I personally have an X62 and that has been running well for 18 months now. I believe the X- series use the very common Asetek components (i.e. also in competing Corsair products) which are seemingly much more reliable, whereas this M22 was a proprietary design for NZXT.

¡Excelente producto!

The media could not be loaded.

NZXT.. never again!
I would avoid all NZXT products that run with the absolute garbage NZXT CAM software. I wanted to upgrade the case and get some rgb so i went with the NZXT H510i that comes with a hue strip and two rgb 140 fans. I also purchased the kraken M22 for cooling and 2 extra NZXT rgb fans. Turns out.. the only way to control the fan rgb is with the NZXT CAM software. All good.. so i downloaded and installed. Somehow this software does things to your system that it shouldn't. To make a long story short, there is no way to run this software without windows going unstable. Every single time i play a game the system crashes and i have to hard reset. Also CPU runs hot in idle. I cannot believe how bad this software is. Its the worst i have ever run on my system. Completely erased all trace and files of CAM and everything works great again. Only now i can only have the rgb on default white. Making this a waste of money. I wish i had read all the bad reviews before i purchased(because there are plenty) but NZXT just seemed trust worthy.. I will never buy NZXT again.
