Lovely net value for money, not the easiest to work with but quality is alright. Maybe little bit to stretchy.

I ordered this netting mainly to protect our cherry tree from the birds. I had to double it up to get enough width and 'sew' it together with twine, but that's not the fault of the product, as I knew the width when ordering. The netting feels very tough; many can be torn with just your hands, but I couldn't manage to tear this stuff. The inclusion of the ground staples and cable ties was useful to stop the birds getting up under the bottom of the netting. As with all plastic netting, only time will tell how the UV rays will degrade it, but it seems pretty chunky, so I'm feeling positive. The thickness of the product does make me wonder if I haven any hope of folding it up neatly for storage at the end of the season, or if it's going to be a monster to fold up.

This is pretty tough bird netting - I'm not too keen on the black colour, as I prefer green to be more unobtrusive in the garden, but I'm not really complaining. For the price, I received a very generous amount of net, and it is strong enough to keep off even the very determined magpies in my garden. I was able to shield my gooseberries and cherry tree, and have plenty left over for next year. It is easy to install and cut, and ties are included to secure it in place.Overall, a good product at a great price.

This product it amazing, brilliant quality, and you get loads!We have a back garden allotment. This year i need to save the cauliflowers! The butterflies /caterpillars decimated loads of the produce last year. Armed with this netting which has "holes" of 15mm - tiny enough to deter most average butterflies. And for that matter, will keep the birds off the strawberries too"It comes with "u" shaped pegs and some cable ties too, to help it stay put.Very happy with this product, very happy to recommend.

We've had issues with birds eating our crop, and pinching fish from our pond. This has been great for both of those issues. Easy to stretch across the pond, and we used bamboo canes to create a structure to cover for our veg troughs. solved the issue immediately. Supplied with both cable ties and pins, you get almost everything you need, apart from a frame to fit it to, which is going to differ for each use case.

Hope its strong enough to cope with birds catching it etc.

Measuring a massive 20m x 2m wide the netting which is Black in colour is perfect for constructing a cage or a guard against Birds and larger Insects. The netting itself is quite fine but having a reasonable tug at it I'm happy with the tear strength.The netting has a square hole size of 15mm but it appears smaller which is no bad fault.Also include in the package are a set of U pegs for anchoring down and a supply of zip ties.By tying it together you can cover a very large area.Easily stapled this will make a great Garden project even better.

There's no escaping the pests that like nothing more than to devour the young shoots you've been tending. At night, those pesky chompers will each every last one of the plants you had hoped would be harvested for food later in the year.This netting goes some way to protecting plants, but it won't save you against snails and slugs. It will, however do a good job of preventing birds eating your seeds.The netting is made of plastic and is quite strong. The holes are 1.5cm², so they will let bees through to pollinate any blossom.There is a LOT of netting here: two metres wide by 20 metres long, that's more than enough for most suburban gardens. And as it's reusable, you'll quite possibly get several years out of it.For the amount of netting you receive, and the quality of the product, the price (£16.99 at the time of review) is quite reasonable.
