I recently got the LARS NYSØM Electric Salt and Pepper Grinder Set (Ash Gray), and I must say, it has completely changed my seasoning game! These electric grinders are a fantastic addition to my kitchen, and I’m loving how easy and efficient they make seasoning my meals. Pros: Sleek & Stylish Design: The Ash Gray color looks modern and sleek, and it blends in beautifully with my kitchen décor. The design is both elegant and practical, and the grinders feel high-quality in hand. Automatic Grinding: The electric feature is so convenient! Just press the button on top, and the grinder starts instantly. No more twisting or turning manually—it's effortless to use. I especially love that I can operate both grinders with one hand while I’m busy cooking. Adjustable Ceramic Grinder: The adjustable ceramic grinder allows for precision when it comes to grinding coarser or finer spices. It’s easy to customize the grind level to suit my preferences, whether I need fine salt or a coarser pepper. USB Rechargeable: The USB rechargeable feature is fantastic. No need for batteries! I love how environmentally friendly it is, and it charges quickly. I’ve used it multiple times without needing to recharge, and it’s so convenient to just plug it in. One-Handed Operation: The fact that I can use it with one hand is a huge plus, especially when I’m juggling other tasks in the kitchen. It's perfect for adding seasoning while cooking or when you're at the dinner table. Quiet & Efficient: These grinders are impressively quiet compared to other electric grinders I’ve used in the past. The grinding is smooth and efficient, and the amount of salt or pepper dispensed is just right. Cons: Size: While the grinders are not overly bulky, they are a bit larger than traditional manual grinders, so they might take up more space on your counter or in your drawer. However, this is a minor trade-off for the convenience and features they offer.

They hold a charge forever, they work flawlessly, they’re pretty, they hold a lot and are super easy to refill, easy to clean. I have absolutely zero complaints about these at all. I got them for my SO for a Christmas gift and he was so thrilled! And for the price point, you can’t pass these up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has been looking for a set.

I purchased these on April 2nd of 2026 today is August 4th of 2026 one of the grinders stopped working yesterday and will not charge. I was extremely careful and cleaned the charger multiple times weekly from the salt and pepper that would fill the base. They worked well but a set that lasts 4 months is worthless. I’ve tried to follow the product support through the manufacturer that Amazon links me to and the link constantly show a 404 error.

You ever been cooking and only had one hand to grind salt or pepper? Maybe handling raw meat and you only have one clean hand? These are SO great! My son made fun of me, and said I would never use it, and after a visit and watching how often I use them (every day!!), he admitted they were very handy. Battery life is long! I don't keep mine on the charging station, I don't need to. They go weeks and weeks with daily use. Bonus that they are really beautiful on the coutertop. Gifted a set to my son!

Love this slick and modern salt and pepper grinder. Bought the white one for our all white kitchen. It looks elegant and with great functionality. It has different grinding adjustments and does a great job. The container holds a good amount of sea salt and or peppercorn. It is very easy to clean. It also has a light which comes in handy to visualize how much salt or pepper you have ground up. It is good value for the quality.

Obsessed with the look of these! Overall great product and such a good addition to our kitchen. Easy to fill. We’ve been using salt crystals and sometimes it gets stuck. But if you use regular salt, I’ve read it works great! We still love them and are going to try regular salt when it runs out.

I was honestly a little hesitant to order electric salt and pepper grinders because I wasn’t sure if they would feel necessary or just like another kitchen gadget. But after seeing them used in cooking videos, I decided to give these a try — and they really are a game changer. They are fast, efficient, and incredibly easy to use with one hand, which makes a bigger difference than I expected when cooking. The USB-C charging is a huge plus, and I love not having to deal with batteries. The adjustable grind range is also excellent — it goes from fine to coarse easily, and the grind feels consistent. My only tiny nitpick is that I wish they held a little more salt and pepper so they didn’t need to be refilled as often. But that’s very minor compared with how convenient they are. Overall, this is one of those kitchen upgrades that actually makes daily cooking easier. Definitely worth it.

1/20/25 update I discovered nothing after dismantling one of the grinders and checking for anything obvious. There was no voltage after the USBC connection, when plugged into different chargers. Before discarding the grinders, I decided to try using my recliner charging connection, it worked. Later I found the charger for the grinders. Use the charger that comes with the grinders, its proprietary, or one with a low Amp output, your phone charger probably won't work. I should have returned them when I noticed that there was no charging indicator on either grinder. I charged them overnight before use and they worked less than 3 months. One grinder stopped after about a month and would not recharge. I tried charging with the base and directly to the grinder. I found the website for LARS and tried to contact them through their Contact Us link, each time the page would hang and the email wouldn't confirm delivery. I gave up. A week ago, the 2nd grinder stopped working and will not charge. $50 is not a small sum for such an item and it's my 2nd set of grinders, the first ones, (a different brand), were $30. maybe Amazon should vet companies a little more to make sure they stand behind their products. Waste of money.

Für meine Frau, eine leidenschaftliche Köchin, sollte es zudem ein Werkzeug sein, das nicht nur gut aussieht, sondern auch im täglichen Gebrauch absolut überzeugt. Nach nunmehr 11 Monaten im Dauereinsatz können wir mit voller Überzeugung sagen: Klare Kaufempfehlung. Das minimalistische, skandinavische Design hat uns sofort angesprochen. Die Mühlen liegen hervorragend in der Hand, und die matte Oberfläche in diesem dezenten Salbei-Ton ist nicht nur unempfindlich gegenüber Fingerabdrücken, sondern auch ein echter Hingucker in unserer Küche. Die mitgelieferte Ladestation ist ebenso schlicht und sorgt dafür, dass die Mühlen immer einen festen Platz haben und einsatzbereit sind. Das Herzstück ist das stufenlos einstellbare Keramik-Mahlwerk, das eine präzise Einstellung von hauchfein bis grob geschrotet ermöglicht. Egal ob feines Salz für die Pasta oder grober Pfeffer für das Steak, denn das Ergebnis ist immer perfekt und konstant. Die Lautstärke ist angenehm leise und die ausgegebene Menge ist ideal dosiert. Nach fast einem Jahr intensiver Nutzung funktionieren die Mühlen tadellos, die Akkulaufzeit ist beeindruckend und die Materialien zeigen keinerlei Abnutzungserscheinungen. Ich glaube wir haben bisher lediglich zwei Mal den Akku aufgeladen. Der einzige Punkt, den man leicht kritisch sehen könnte, ist der Preis. Für ein Set dieser Qualität hätte ich persönlich etwa 40 Euro als ideal empfunden. Dennoch: Angesichts der Verarbeitung, der Langlebigkeit und des durchdachten Designs ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Für uns ist dieses Set die perfekte Symbiose aus Form und Funktion. Es erleichtert meiner Frau das Kochen und bereichert unsere Küche um ein stilvolles Accessoire. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die Wert auf Qualität und durchdachtes Design legen.

Ich frage mich immer wieder, was hab' ich vorher nur ohne diese beiden elektrischen Salz- und Pfeffermühlen gemacht?? Erstens sehen sie optisch super aus - und zweitens sind die beiden äußerst praktisch: Kein umständliches rumgeschraube an den handelsüblichen Streuern, wobei die beiden Gewürze einem dann auch noch danebenfliegen... Beide Mühlen stehen dekorativ und sicher auf einem "Stehpult" (damit sie einem nicht versehentlich runterrutschen) und fassen sich außerdem auch noch ein wenig "samtartig" an, was ich noch sehr bevorzuge, also nicht so "glitschig". Beide sind mit einem Keramikmahlwerk ausgestattet und können, je nach Mengen-Bedarf noch einstellbar fein oder grob mahlen. Ich hab' dieses "Duo" nun schon eine ganze Weile (und häufig) im Grebrauch und bisher nur - vor der 1. Nutzung - aufgeladen (Akku wideraufladbar, lädt dann aber auch - wieder bis zum nächsten Enladen - länger auf). Eine tolle Idee für ein Umzugs- oder Einweihungsgeschenk - gehört in jede Küche und/oder macht auf auch auf jeden Eßtisch einen tollen Eindruck!! Von mir eine ehrliche, absolute Kaufempfehlung mit allen 5 Sternen!! Ich hoffe sehr, daß diese Firma auch so eine elektrische Kermikmahlwerk-Hartkäsemühle entwickelt - da bin ich dabei...
