The Reno II Powerchair has been designed for easy transportation. This compact and portable model can be dismantled with ease in seconds, without the use of any tools the seat will simply lift from the base of the powerchair along with the battery pack, leaving just the base which can be effortlessly pulled to where you need it using the handle on the footplate.The Reno is also extremely accessible to it's user thanks to the swivel action, which allows the chair to be adjusted to the left or right a full 90º and the flip up armrests which will then enable an easy transfer on and off the powerchair. Awesome little machine!
Bought this for my wife to use indoors as her outdoor wheelchair goes through too much goo on the pavements. I purchased from Betterlife Healthcare on Tuesday afternoon 2pm and it was delivered the day after at around 5pm.Be aware if you are unable to manoeuvre large heavy boxes as the chair is in one box and impossible to move if you are disabled.Upon opening the box the chair was took out and three other small boxes containing the arms and charger. In the bottom of the box lay the complete bottom half of the chair so either cut out the side of the box with a Stanley knife or get yourself a small crane.The Chair's chair simply slotted in the bottom half attached the arms with the curl nuts, inserted the controller and threaded the cable along the arm down the the plug on the Chairs brain and hey presto...it failed to work.Scratched my head and decided to read instructions, yes I am a man. No indications on how to build up the chair in instructions so I took off the chair, removed the batteries and found an isolating cloth stopping the batteries draining during transit. So there you go no need to read instructions just fumble around as usual until solution is found!My wife is very happy with the performance of the chair and it's compactness means it can turn on a sixpence and fit into our downstairs loo that you cannot swing a cat around in. Only one slight complaint from the missus is the Blingy chrome wheels that are a little on the tacky side but nothing that takes away really from the quality of the product on a whole.

This is an excellent piece of kit,strong & very manouverable.The reason for four stars ??.........No owners manual supplied,after 3 emails & a phone call I received one in the postUnfortunately for the wrong model.

I have one of these brilliant piece of kit no complaints my supplier delivered it assembled ready to use an no extra charge gave me the instruction manual and gave me a demo
