Dyson Ball MultiFloor CY27 Bagless Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner

I would give 5 stars for this vacuum for it is power and easily taken apart parts. But it has a major big problem. Although almost aşk the parts are east to open, one part can not be open. That is the very end bit. And it is narrow thats why everytime I clean the home a small paper or objects gets stuck in there and I cant remove it, then it cant suck any more because something is stuck in this very end part. I always try to find a long object to push out the stuck thing. Like in the picture. So it is a heacdache each time. Although it is great in cleaning. That problem makes my cleaning struggle. I paid so much money for this product but didnt wait such a problem. Wish I can have a refund

I love my dyson I had my last one for 8 years before I dropped it and it broker . would ever be without my dyson . easy to use

Power where it’s needed. Easily adjustable when it’s not.

I had to buy a new head and even then this suction is poor. Having had dysons for many years this will be the last one. Sorry
