Excellent back bench, very sturdy, massive (but not too heavy to move), huge, and comofortable; plus inexpensive (but not cheap quality-wise). Also, because of its height you can do full leaning forward as your head won't touch the ground unles you taller than 2 metres - so it's great for back/lumbar streching as well. But beware:- You will need 2x (!) size 17 wrenches and a size 13 wrench; you won't be able to assemble it without these and they are not supplied. Also assembly takes more than half an hour.- In my opinion it is suitable ONLY for people at least 180cm / 5'11" tall - if you shorter, chances are that the ankle bar will be too far away for you (luckily my wife and I are both 6'). Also, if you shorter you might have trouble to get onto the bench. On the other hand, if you are a tall person this bench is exactly for you - I don't see any problem up to 2+ metre height.Some dimensions:- height of lap rest from ground: 89cm (35")- horizontal distance from the front end of the lap rest to the middle of anke bar: 88cm (34.5") (measure your leg from your ankle to your hip, if it's shorter than this, then chances are that you have to position yourself backwards and the lap rest will pressurise your lower abdomen uncomfortably)- maximum width (stand): 66cm (26")- maximum length (from the front of the handlebars to the rear stand): 119cm (47")Yes, you will need some space for this one, as it's big!

Not fit for purpose, arrived in damaged packaging and some of the parts were damaged (scratched) description says upto 200kg not a chance in hell will this take that weight not even half that, totally unsafe for above 120kg aka my weight, too much cost to return so scrap metal it is and almost £70 thrown away, AVOID

Really good but I will have to make adjustments to it- I'm 5.11 so it's a good fit but if you are a smaller height it might be a problem -will have to have a foot hold welded to to end, have had it for months now and it's making me crazy that I have no proper foot plate and the bar that's there moves when you do so it's actually jarring my back at times but it still good compared to some others out there

This Roman Chair/ Back Bench is superb value for money. It's very sturdy and seems quite durable,.I'm very pleased with my purchase.

This is not adjustable & so unless you are 6ft to around 6ft 3inch it will be of no use. I have been training for 30 years & run my own gym so know about equipment. This is of good value but it could only work if it was adjustable unless you are within the stated heights that I have outlined. I am 5ft 10.5 inch & I cannot bend downwards when feet are in position I have wrigged back & forth but cannot bend down due to the length this has been made at. I asked for a refund but do not have packaging & to dismantle & repackage this & send this back to Germany is not an option.

What a load of Cr*p! Item is made for people 6' and upwards. Can't even use it properly because it tips when you try. Avoid!

Très satisfait de ce produit qui répond entièrement à mes attentes. Solide et simple montage.

Una maquina para lumbares sencilla, pero cumple su función lo único malo a destacar es que es demasiado larga y si no eres alto no puedes realizar bien el ejercicio, no es mi caso, a pesar de mi peso casi 100kilos ya que soy culturista la maquina aguanta bien y no cruje, si quieres una zona lumbar fuerte y musculada puede ser una buena opción.

Für den Preis, ziemlich stabil (sogar Stoppmuttern).Aber die Rückenübung ist leider (wenn man nach Anleitung aufbaut) nicht möglich.!.!. Die Polster liegen komplett auf dem Bauch auf.Montiert man die gepolsterte Querstange jedoch 180 Grad verkehrt, klappt die Übung auch unter 2m Körperlänge wunderbar.Der Konstrukteur ist ein Spassvogel, aber mit ein wenig Lebenerfahrung sticht man jeden Grundschüler aus.Für mich trotzdem ein super Teil
