Good supplement...good value

It's supposed to be 15000mg concentrate. We will see if it's more powerful than the last one I had. So far is not seeming like it's anything more powerful than my previous 10,000

I've been taking Tribulus Terrestris for many years now and I can really tell the difference when I switch brands once in awhile. This one is a great one imo. It will definitely help you if you consume it as recommended and continue for at least 6 months. It does not have to be cycled so if you enjoy the benefits of it just continue to take it. I never had any side effects with this supplement but I strongly recommend consuming adequate amounts of water throughout the day and having a proper diet and rest to help promoting the full benefits of the supplement. Overall it's a great product and very practical to include on your daily routine.

As stated by others, I am skeptical of the extract on this and being 15,000mg. There is nothing that says how they did it and its not tested as I can see. The brand itself has good reviews on many different products, so there is that. I have had no adverse reactions from taking these and feel nothing less from switching to from my normal trib to this one. With feeling nothing less, I could estimate that it at least has some good trib in it.

I got this thing to help me as I age to keep myself going. I can't speak to the efficacy of the stuff but I can say that the capsules go down easily and there were no nasty after tastes. My only problem is that sometimes these capsules can become sticky with each other in the bottle, but apart from that, I found them to be of good quality and the bottle fits nicely on the shelf.

Packing and delivery were satisfactory.I ordered this primarily because I take Tribulus before and after workouts and the stated values are usually always much too low to use for exercise/sport supplementation.This product however seems to have EXTREMELY high values. Typically Tribulus capsules contain ~600-700mg per serving, but this product states 15,000, which is 10-20 times the normal amount you would find. This is an amazing value for the money if it is true.Which is the crux of the product - the nutritional value states 15,000 FROM a 750mg 20:1 extract. I'm not sure what that means exactly. If it is coming from a 750mg source is that the real value? I think some clarification on the matter would help.

I received this item quickly and it was well packaged. I haven't had any ill effects from taking this product. I haven't seen any other products with this as a 20:1 extract and it doesn't show the active chemical as standardized to any percentage. I didn't experience any effects from this product (good or bad) so far.

To start off: I have yet to see a study that states how much tribulus terrestris "content" is refined into an extract, but the studies I HAVE seen have stated their percentage of saponins, ranging from 40% to 100% saponin content. This product does not state saponins. No studies I've seen state how much tribulus terrestris is in their doses, but offer a saponin percentage for the TT *extract* that they study.This meta study (PMC9368143) notes a study that doses as low as 60% saponin extract at 450mg a day, or up to 2700mg a day at 100% saponin. We don't know what % saponin this product contains, so its claim of 20:1 extract is meaningless. Don't be swayed by the big 15000mg number. You'll find no study that studies TT at a dose of 15000mg a day. We can generously assume that this product is refined to 40% saponins, which would still only put the effective dose at the bottom end of studied doses.There are TT supplements out there that list their saponin claims. Go for one of those.
