This is a repurchase already, I've tried many liners during my days and a Youtuber suggested this when I bought it too, and gosh it's a game-changer. The best one I have ever had. It dries in a second on skin, does not dry up on the brush if you take too long to decide where to put the wing, absolutely black, absolutely matt, perfect brush, stays whole day. And the last one lasted me like a year I used it all up. Full disclosure I do have oily hooded eyelids so soooometimes it does transfer up a bit, nothing I can't take off with a wipe the next time I visit the toilet, and it just stains a bit, the original wing is still there. But seriously the transfer is very small, and only occasionally, rarely, nothing compared to the disaster other eyeliners do, or the pain and rocket science it takes to apply other eyeliners. Buy it, it's gonna be your favourite one.

Best liquid eyeliner I've ever used. Been using it happily for years. It is great because it goes on super smooth so you can get sharp lines and it dries totally matte rather then the shiny, almost plastic-y appearance of other liquid liners. I find it to be very long lasting as well, I can get a minimum of 12 hour wear out of it before it begins to dull. That being said, ever when it begins to dull, it had literally NEVER smudged. But it also comes of easily. It's basically the perfect liner. Highly recommended!

Let me start by saying I don't usually buy eyeliner this expensive. I usually buy around 6 or 7 dollar eyeliner. However, I am more than happy that I splurged on this eyeliner it was worth the money! The applicator was very easy to use and I loved how thin it is. I have used similar wands in the past though. I also loved the look, it was very clean. What I love most is how it didn't smudge even after wearing it all day. Usually when I wear eyeliner it smudges and I end up looking like a raccoon, which usually happens with pencil eyeliner. I went to bed with it on and it still stayed in place! It almost looked like I didn't go to bed in it! The top lid didn't smudge at all, but the bottom lid did smudge a little, but it's easy to do that over. I was very happy with this product and would recommend it. It's definitely worth the money!

This is my first time using any of theBalm products and I must say, this is a great eyeliner. If you are looking for an eyeliner that has/does the following: • Easy to apply (the tip makes creating a winged liner a breeze as you can easily go soft or build it to be more dramatic cat eye) • Goes on really black • Dries matte • Looks great on whether you have on eyeshadow, lashes or no lashes THIS IS TRULY A WINNER IN THESE CATEGORIES BUT.... The reason why I haven’t given it five stars is because, it does smudge. I bought & wore this eyeliner to see how great it is based on the reviews and while it is a great product, I was surprised to find some smudging. I don't have oily eye lids so I am not sure what the cause of it is. I have tried a few other great eyeliners which are non-waterproof too and didn't smudge. I will still give it another shot as it is a great eyeliner but this is just a key thing to be aware of.

I will continue to purchase this product. It's more affordable than many high end eyeliners, it's precise, the only thing is that it isn't waterproof. It's super dark though, which is amazing. If you don't mind that it isn't waterproof-pick this up. I've been a consistent customer for probably a few years now. It takes practice and after a while the brush frays a bit, but it's a great product and doesn't smudge easily on me (again, only really moves on me if water touches it) Pros: Once you've nailed a technique, it's a great product. Super black, matte, and doesn't dry out like other eyeliners with felt tips can. You can tell you're getting your money's worth, as it's evident there's enough product in here. Satisfying to shake..maybe thats just me haha. Cons: The brush can get a little stringy after continued use, it's not waterproof, not easy for me to personally find in stores- I guess thats what amazon is for though, right? Oh and if you're eyes get watery I'd suggest not using this. and be careful if it's raining and you wing like i wing.

I was really excited to buy this after I saw on YouTube how matte black this way. It IS very matte, and it is black. The application is slightly difficult because it is a loose liquid. If you are good with liquid liner, this should be pretty simple to use. Once it dries, it is really matte. I thought I was going to like the feel of it, but I really don't. It is dry and flaky (I have eyelid skin that folds so you can imagine the frustration). I have very sensitive eyes, and crazy allergies, so my eyes get very watery. I will probably not be using this often for this reason. IT IS NOT WATERPROOF AT ALL. In fact, it is not smudge proof either. Just know that if you put this on and are prone to touching your face, this may not be the one unless you want to reapply a few times. But I will say I buy The Balm Cosmetics like religiously, and I love all of their products. This one is just sitting in the dark though. Pros: Is very matte. Looks bomb once it is on, and can give sleek, sharp wings. More like for "decorative purposes" and short use. Cons: Not waterproof, smudge proof, touch proof...not any proof in the least. Not for someone with watery eyes. Not for long term use. Honest review, and I received NO compensation for it.

Excellent product. Easy to apply. Great selection of shades. True colors. Good to any skin type or tone.

I used my fiance's account to order this since he has Prime, I am very pleased with it. I've been using different types of liquid eyeliners for several years (over 10 now lol) and this is definitely one of my favorites if not my favorites. It's very matte black, drying quickly is not an issue to me because I've had a lot of practice, and I don't have to wait on it to dry before curling my lashes. It doesn't stick to my eyelash curler and I have very oily skin, and it doesn't stick to my eyelids or rub off like others have mentioned. It stays on all through work and then some! Will definitely be repurchasing when this runs out. Also find it very easy to use with the fine felt tip, you can either make a thin line or build it for a thicker winged look.

J’utilise ce liner depuis des années et malgré le prix assez élevé je ne peux pas m’en passer. J’ai appris à faire mes traits de liner avec. La précision est top, la tenue aussi (ce n’est pas waterproof ne pas s’attendre à des miracles). Je mets de l’eyeliner tous les jours et il me tient bien plusieurs mois (3 ou 4). J’ai essayé les liner feutres et pinceaux et celui-là est le juste milieu entre le feutre facile à appliquer et la précision du pinceau.

Ordered this on reading great reviews and it did not disappoint. I like how slim the brush is, unlike some liquid liners. This way I can sometimes go for lighter lines and a minimalistic look. Quality of the liner is good too, with a nice matt finish. It stayed on pretty well for several hours.

Questo a mio parere è il migliore eye-liner in commercio. Ne ho provati tanti ma The Balm li batte tutti. Facile da applicare, si asciuga subito evitando sbavature fastidiose e dura tutto il giorno. Io lo uso dalla mattina alla sera. Bellissimo l’effetto sull’occhio. Lo consiglio anche a chi come me ha più di 50 anni.
