De Buyer Vantage Mandoline

I like the fact that it isn't made in China. I wish they had done a better job of honing the cutting edges because I don't think it cuts as well as it should. That being said the machine is superior quality and a good value. The cheap plastic alternative doesn't hold a candle to this. I may be able to use a small wet stone to sharpen the cutting edge myself.
