Murad MattEffect Blotting Perfector

I love the Murad line of products anyways. I struggle with the T-zone oil issue and my forehead especially gets oily. To the point that I would do a full face of makeup just so that I could bake my brows (I have years of over plucking that I'm trying to reverse, it's a slow process so I have been correcting with makeup along with this regrowth effort). I've been testing this for my browns specifically during home quarantine and so far it's done a great job of keeping this part of my face free of excess oil for about 6-7 hours will only the single application under my brow pencil. Works even better if I blot after brow application as well.

I like this product. Still looking for the perfect mattifier, but this comes close.

Wish l could give it zero stars. Made my skin look shiny and flushed. Its going in the trash-

Love Murad products, although I think I might be allergic to something in this because my face gets itchy after I use it.

I am so disappointed to hear that Murad is discontinuing this product. It works so well for me. In fact, it's the only thing that's ever worked for me. I live in a hot climate and half way through the day my makeup would be almost melting off. A few pats of this mattifier and it looked brand new. It never made me break out and always kept me looking good. Really bummed it's going away

Technically this works. But it's loaded with chemicals and it comes in a bulky case (so, not very conveniently portable if you have a small purse). You'd be much better off with blotting paper.... Same effects and much healthier.

No idea how they made this but this is seriously the best face product I've ever used. I've used blotting papers and other items and I used to use power or compact touch ups throughout the entire day but I can put this on in the morning and never touch up once. It's changed the need the look in the mirror to see if I am shiny. I will never be without this product again.

Love it! I have pretty oily skin and have always used blotting sheets. I think this works better! It's longer lasting and feels refreshing when you use it. I just gently dab my t-zone and it has never rubbed off any of my makeup. The only thing is you have to make sure you close it all the way because it will dry out if you don't.
