Improved sound, unexpected benefit
I'm so glad that I purchased this. Not only does it get if off of the counter so that spills won't affect it, but the sound is better, easier viewing angles, and feels as if it is bolted onto the device.

Ease of use
The Echo Show and stand are easy to use, however, it would have been nice to have an instruction manual.

Want to love it, but...
It’s a bit hard to move up and down. This feels super sturdy. However, I bought a white one for my in-laws and tried it out before I sent it off for Christmas. That one seemed to have better ease of movement than the black one I ordered for myself. Same manufacturers, just different color. I’ve also noticed my sound quality is poor now and wondering if it has something to do with the strong magnets that attach to the echo show.
