Being a massive fan of Watchmen and Ozymandias/Adrian Veidt in particular, I'm always keeping an eye out for high quality collectibles pertaining to my favorite fictional philanthropist/superhero.The Watchmen movie Ozyamndias bust by DC Direct perfectly fits the bill, as Ozy is beautifully sculpted, highly durable and extremely aesthetically pleasing. The actual product differs slightly from the product photograph, as the bust's facial features are a little more refined, the body sleeker, and posture more rigid. While he doesn't entirely resemble Matthew Goode's Ozymandias this bust is a perfect combination of both film and novel Ozymandias, with his handsomely stoic facial expression and bright blue eyes. The paint job is perfect; Ozy's costume colors are dark and metallic and his hair even has highlights! The base of the bust features the Eye of Horus on the front and the Doomsday clock at midnight on the back.The busts are limited to only 5,000 pieces and are individually numbered on the bottom of the base in what appears to be silver sharpie marker. Also keep in mind that Ozy is a tad heavy, so if you want to put him on display, make sure it's somewhere safe.
