Indiana Jones Child's Hat and Whip Set

Great quality for the price. We pieced together the whole outfit through a few vendors, these 2 items are a 5. The others were awful. The whip is foam and can’t really hurt. The hat held it shape pretty well and looks sharp. Other hats were throw aways

I bought this set for my 4 year old grandson's birthday and it was his favorite present by far. He has played with it every day for the past 6 months. The whip didn't hold up well, (2 breaks so far) but he has played hard with it whipping everything in sight! The hat is very sturdy felt, holds it shape well and looks absolutely adorable on him. We call him "Dr. Jones"!

I ordered 8 of these hat/whip sets for my son's Indiana Jones theme party. It's better than giving away "goodie bags" of junk and candy.The hats are made a surprisingly good quality material that stood up to at least one day's abuse at the party, going outside in rain and snow, being pressed into and out of shape. Not sure how they'll hold up over time but not bad so far. My major ding on the hats is the "one size fits all" claim. This was a party of 7-8 year olds and the hats will soon be too small for some of them. I wouldn't recommend for kids over 8.The whips are made of a foam material that is lightweight and will not hurt if you hit someone, still not recommended and do keep away from eyes/face but in general appropriate for children.Also, beware that if you order a quantity you will pay a bit more for shipping because of the "dim weight" even though the item is lightweight it takes up space.

The hat was just what we were looking for when my son decided to be Indiana Jones for Halloween. The whip is made of foam, not of braided leather like a real whip. So he got to fling it around and use it without us worrying about really hurting someone or something. The hat survived a 6-year old pretending to be Indy, and is still in good enough condition to be used for years to come.

After reading the reviews, I was expecting an 'okay' play set, and that's what it is. The hat is on the small side and barely fit my 6 year old, but was surprisingly sturdy. The whip was a big disappointment, as it is one color brown braided foam, and has barely any weight. It looks more like a fake hair braid then anything Indiana Jones would have used.

Bought this two years ago for my son's Halloween costume (he wore a white button down and khakis to complete his outfit). I picked this hat off his floor last night and stuck it on his bedpost, and noticed that it's still in great condition after being played with by a rough-and-tumble boy. The whip, sadly, was torn in half when he and another friend were playing tug-of-war, but that's certainly not the whip's fault. It may have fallen apart after three years of play, but the hat survives for yet another day.This hat fit my 6-year-old's head perfectly, and still does.

All my 5 year old wanted for Christmas this year was an Indiana Jones whip! He loved this one, and I am impressed with the durability/quality. The hat was a bonus for him. It is a bit small, but he has a really large head, and has always needed at least two sizes bigger in hats/helmets. If your child has a normal to small head, the hat should fit perfectly.

My 6 year old loved the hat and whip for his Halloween costume. The hat is super sturdy and looked great. The whip didn't last very long because of our cats chasing it.

My grandson wanted to look like Grandpa so we bought him the hat. He likes hats and this looked so nice on him. It was delivered quickly and in good shape. Price was good and we really like it.

This is just brilliant!I bought it for my 8 year old son and he loves it. He has spent many hours wearing it and my daughter loves the hat too.The hat is very durable but the whip is made from a type of foam so it does get damaged when used a bit too enthusiastically.Overall it is a very good set and I would definitely buy one again.

Exactly as expected.

We bought this for our Indiana Jones mad 4 year old. It looks very much like the hat from the film and is well made (it has to be with our boisterous boy!). In addition the whip is good and has also been played with daily. They have also been well used for fancy dress and book day at school. Highly recommend this set.
