I take this product for my joints and it helps enormously

Excellent product for my knees. I am an active person and train a lot. This product helps to maintain joints flexibility. Happy with this purchase and will definitely buy again.

Has made my ageing hair much thicker and stronger, made my nails as tough as steel and possibly helped with the creaky knee and elbow joints. I say possibly as I've upped the gentle exercise and this has helped too but I think the two combined have made a good difference. If you're nearing 60 then I'd say Yes, give these a try.

When my order arrived, I took one capsule with plenty of water as directed. I had excruciating stomach pains and vomiting within a few hours. I had eaten a meal earlier and I wondered if I had had food poisoning from something, so I didn’t immediately link my sickness to these Vitafair Hyaluronic Acid capsules. I waited a few weeks and tried another capsule two evenings ago. The same symptoms arose - I was in pain all night and I vomited. I had to take the morning off work and I still feel residual stomach pain over 36 hours later.I am a healthy adult who gratefully rarely gets ill and has never suffered allergies, so I am shocked by this and disappointed that I missed my Amazon return window and wasted so much money.

Can't say anything about the product until I received my order intact. The box it came in had clearly been opened and the security seal was open, so I'm not going to ingest anything that someone else has opened.

I have definitely noticed a change of texture in my hair and skin, my hands feel a lot softer too.
