Best digging Formicarium you can buy
As of the time of this writing I have searched far and wide to find my 2 favorite formicariums. Tar heel Ants owns the fixed formicarium market but if you want a dirt/digging one then this is it! I also have an Ants Canada Ant Tower and this one looks, feels and is 100% more advanced than the AC one. This is the "large" one in white, and as you can see in the pictures its sitting next to a THA 20mmx150mm test tube, so the large for a small species like the Pheidole (Big headed ant) will be gigantic, but for a large species like the Camponotus (carpenter ant) its still going to be kind of small. I would buy an XL or XXL version of this in a heart beat for my larger species but for now I will just keep adding more of the large to create a network of nests.
