Size: 24 x 13 x 22 inches (lxbxh). Weight: 8.6 kgs This is an ideal art piece for home decor. Most beautifully hand carved in wood, this famous Arjun Rath of the Mahabharata war has been intricately carved by our artisan who took more than 3 months to complete this unique handmade craft piece. This Arjun Rath has 4 horses on a wooden rectangular platform with the chariot on wheels behind. The Rath displays Lord Krishna in the front of the chariot handling the reins of the horses. Sitting behind is Arjuna with folded hands taking instructions from Lord Krishna. This is where the holy Bhagavad Gita was spoken by the Great Lord Krishna to Arjuna during his time of mental turmoil at the time of the Mahabharata battle. This home decor showpiece also has elephant head and Lord Hanuman bust on top of the chariot. This unique carving being handmade, is available only with Padharosa Art and it is a collectible artefact for your home decor. Krishna is famous for many things, one of the most well known is Bhagavad Gita, which is the conversation between Krishna and Arjuna before the great Battle of Kurukshetra.
