Does anyone know how hard the adhesive is to peel off once you put it on?

I don't own the product, but I find with products that use adhesive, they don't last. What I do is I replace it with the 3M (red) version. Really strong!

Easy to cut with a hacksaw, took me about 10 seconds to cut through it. Its pretty thick, no way with scissors and a utility knife would take awhile the plastic is fairly thick. Hacksaw will tear through it like a hot knife through butter though.

Will this properly adhere to a concrete basement wall?

I attached mine to the laminate of a desk that is consistently, dry, smooth and non-porous. But the plastic is pretty thick, so you might be able to drill through the back and put in an anchor in the wall.

Will this protect my cord from my chewing Bunny?
