Great lookin Shoe. Super light
We just received this pair for my daughter yesterday. They are better looking in person than in the pictures. Very impressed with the quality and color of them. My daughter complained that they are a little tight. But, they should break in and you want them to fit snug and not loose. They have a heel so they will be good for her practices. She runs the 400, i like to have a small heel as opposed to a dedicated sprinting shoe which has nothing on the heel. These are probably the lightest spike i have ever felt that has a heel on it. They feel like a piece of paper.

The design of the shoe is solid but the sizing...I ordered a half size up for an athlete who typically wears a women's 8- these weren't even close to fitting. I have re-ordered the shoe in a 9.5 and will update when she tries them.

good middle distance spike
Bought these for our 14 year old daughter and she really likes them. She runs the 1600, 800, and 400 and this shoe seemed to work really well for those events. She normally wears a size 6 in regular shoes and we bought a 7 in these and they fit well.
