Great mop!!! Mopping will never be fun but at least this makes it a little easier to get the job done. It is surprisingly light weight and it really does take less effort to get a floor clean. Very helpful to have.

The steamer picks up cat hair well As far as cleaning the carpet it did not clean well I used Woolite carpet cleaner first. Waited until the carpet was dry to use the steamer. Worked good.

This is a great steam mop. I did a lot of research on steam mops and this was the only one that 100% positive reviews. It requires ordinary tap water, rather than distilled water. It is easy to fill and easy to operate. The steam starts almost immediately. I use on my ceramic floor and my laminate flooring. If you constantly hold the steam button down, you will have to use a microfiber mop to take up some of the water, but I found that to be true with all the other mops. This one is better because you can release the button and still get the effect of the steam without any puddling. It has a hard brush for your hard tile or stone floors and a great microfiber pad for your wood or laminate floors. I love it.

When it works, it works beautifully. Unfortunately it is not a durable product. I purchased my second one last October (after the first one's handle broke) and it just stopped producing steam (of course the warranty is expired). I've gone through all of the trouble-shooting in the manual to no avail; the squeeze handle doesn't seem to connect properly the floor component. I take very good care of my equipment and I'm so tired of spending money on products that are not built to last. It's just not worth it to spend over $100 on a product that's only going to work for a limited amount of time (and don't forget to budget in replacement filters and replacement pads when calculating the price of the "Reliable" product.

As a steam sanitizer this is a great tool. We had a basement sewer drain backup several times and it made a toxic mess. Nice rugs got wet without too many solids, and my wife said throw them out. For half the price of cleaning or replacing the rugs I purchased this and with Lysol sprayed on the rugs and scrubbed a bit with a brush, I then applied the carpet pad steamer, and the machine did a very good job removing the smell and sanitizing. Again, this machine does not have a vacuum, just a lot of steady steam, and the pads will quickly fill with solids and require rinsing, but when you are done the pads go into the washer and are ready to start again. The unit works the best on hard flooring, and the steam powered out the mess from the flooring cracks and even between the kick board in the corners where sewage collected and dried out. Once the mess was softened by the steam, I used some thin cardboard to drag out the remaining goo and reapplied the steamer and it was gone. When I was done, a formerly messy and smelly room was fresh smelling and clean, and the machine even removed some previous stains on the rugs. I would recommend the machine but remind others if you want a carpet shampooer or steam extraction machine, you should rent or spend a couple of hundred more on a different unit.

I bought this product in Jan 2014 and it quit working Dec 2018. Now I am buying it again. I believe it lives up to the name "Reliable". It took the normal bangs and handle drops and kept on working. It is designed to meet all the needs of a steam mop; refreshes rugs (or carpets), scrub brush for hard to remove spots and grout lines, to sanitizing floors; with ease of transition from one to the other use. I believe a helpful tip to anyone using a steam mop would be if you are concerned about a milky residue or streaking is to try it out in a closet area first. My thought is if you have a sealant such as a wax or similar on your floor there is a greater chance of getting the streaking and milky look. The moisture from the steam may be getting trapped between the sealant and the floor. So it is more science than the product's doing. Everyone has an opinion and this one is mine, hope it has been helpful.

I had never used a steam mop before, and hesitant to try one out. However the reviews I read on cleaning tile floors all seem to point to a steam mop as the best method. Previously I had been cleaning my floor for over 2 years with a sh-mop. I wanted to try something that would be easier and possibly cleaning the floor better. I was apprehensive about how 248 degrees Fahrenheit might even crack the tiles. I was blown away with how fast it was to steam clean the floor, and the built-in steam brush lifted the difficult spots without me bending down and applying elbow grease. This is a really great product. I cleaned the whole floor in half the time, and it was the first time I did the floor in one day. Steam is available almost immediately, and I used 2 full water tanks to do it, applying steam almost constantly. The floor was done in a little over an hour, and I hardly worked up a sweat. I would recommend this to anyone who is cleaning tile floors. Wish I had used this 2 years ago.

I liked this steam mop, but it only lasted a year and a half, using once a month. Will not be replacing with same one.

I love this steam cleaner. It's the best on the market, in my opinion.

This was a 2nd one in 18 months (both stopped working after the warranty ran out). It worked well and we assumed that the first one was a lemon but after wasting our money on the 2nd one will not do so again. The first one stopped making steam (so just left puddles everywhere) and then the 2nd just stopped doing anything. Super disappointed - do not recommend.

I thought that this Reliable product would be as good as the steam machine I purchased from them a couple of years ago. But, no, this steam mop leaves floor very, very wet and full of streaks. The floor looks actually better when you pass a regular mop...for the price I was not impressed at all. I am returning it for a refund as it did not do what was expected.

I will be using this product on a daily basis. It works great and heats up well. I love the fact that it cleans and sterilized the floors at the same time.

I like how clean the grout got. We always thought our floor grout was dark grey! As long as you go along the grout edge. I dislike the fact that the floor headhas a plastic edge. Inhibits a smooth clean. And it's already scuffing after a few uses Asa result.
