Does what they say they will!
So, once you get them, you can look at the description to find the right size hole you need to drill. Then, hey presto, drill the hold, slot the hook in. Easy peasy. I have my pot hanging up there now and looks very secure- just need to add the plant now.I much prefer these to some of the others on the market as they are really subtle compared to come other bulkier or more elaborate designs. By the time I hung the plant on it, the hook is barely noticeable.Holds 10kg (like 10 bags of sugar) according to the description, so if your looking to hang a plant from your ceiling, this type of hook is 100% ideal.

Great bit of kit that will support weight
Excellent quality and well worth the money. It is obviously dependent on the plasterboard or hard board you have. Plasterboard is basically compressed dust so if it's ever been damp or damaged then don't try this on there. Seriously if plasterboard has been damp you can just push it apart. This pushes through and spreads out the weightokay tried to get every kinda measurement anyone would need lol What's handy is that you can adjust how high or low the hook will be. I would say you need a 15mm drill bit to get the spring and head through. You could get away with 14mm if it is plasterboard. With hardboard it definitely needs to be 15-16mm. The washer covers a region of just under 22mm so the hole will not show up at least. When extended the span of the wings above are 50mm.

Brilliant.
I have used these to hang two baskets from the ceiling of my porch cover, it's hollow with a thick plastic ceiling. They have worked great, so much better than drilling into crumbling red brick.

Plasterboard Toggles
Something to have always in your toolbox. I find that I have to open up the opening at the hook end for hanging some heavy pictures and the thickness (good as it is) makes it difficult. Perhaps a bit wider opening could be considered?

Stronger than expected
Another (second) M5 nut per hook would be an improvement
